Atwater Kent radio factory

The Atwater Kent radio factory, owned by Arthur Atwater Kent, was the largest maker of radios in the United States in the 1920s. This set of photos of work at the facility is from National Photo. The first two show Mr. Kent himself observing various facets of work at the factory.

These are high school scenes from National Photo. It doesn't appear to have been any more fun then than it is now (though the girls taking auto shop look like they're enjoying themselves), but at least it was cleaner and more orderly.
